Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
Teliporter Holdings Ltd ("Teliporter", "we", "us", "our") operates this website. We keep things simple: we only collect personal information you choose to send us, we use it to respond to you, and we don't run advertising or tracking on this site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.
Teliporter Holdings Ltd is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@teliporter.com.
What we collect and why
Contact enquiries. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything you include in your message (company and phone number are optional). We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Job applications. When you apply for a role we collect your name, email address, phone number, your CV, and any message you include. We use this to assess your application and contact you about it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
We do not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking on this site, and we do not buy, sell or trade personal information.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies for visitors. A single login cookie is used only by our own staff to access the content management system. Because of this, we don't show a cookie banner — there's nothing to consent to.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, acting on our instructions:
- Hosting — our website and its database are hosted with DigitalOcean.
- Email delivery — enquiry and application emails are delivered via Resend, which processes the content of those messages (including CV attachments) in order to deliver them to us.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to professional advisers under duties of confidentiality. We never share your information for marketing.
How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries: up to 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted.
- Job applications and CVs: up to 12 months after the role closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or agree to be kept on file for future roles.
- Technical logs: rotated automatically on a short cycle.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; to restrict or object to our processing of it; and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email info@teliporter.com — we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), although we'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information — for example, if we add analytics in future — we'll update this page and the date at the top.
