Lead a merchandise retail team at major UK festivals this summer, delivering seamless fan retail from opening to close.
About the role
You'll run one of our festival retail units end to end: opening and closing, stock, POS, the team on the floor and the customer experience. You'll be the link between the site manager and your team, keeping standards high when it gets busy.
Roles run from June to September with travel and accommodation covered on site.
Requirements
- Previous retail or event supervisory experience
- Comfortable running POS, stock counts and cash reconciliation
- Calm under pressure and hands-on
- Available for multi-day festival deployments
